Every Google Ads management service I offer starts with a comprehensive audit. If you’re currently running ads, I’ll perform a deep dive to identify what’s working, what’s not, and where improvements can be made. If you’re new to Google Ads, I’ll audit your business to understand your unique selling points and target market. For those not yet running campaigns, I’ll help set up everything needed to get started effectively. This audit ensures we build a tailored strategy, and I’ll provide a clear, actionable plan to help drive the best results for your business.

2. Ads Campaign Strategy

Next, I will assess the findings from the campaign audit. And I’ll work on a Google Ads strategy that sets out what the objectives are, which tactics we will use, what ads to create and much more. And I’ll create a document or send you a message with details of the strategy and how we will implement it. At this stage we will decide what Google Ads objectives we want to set. The strategy we choose will be based on these objectives and it will help us to pick up the right campaign types – like Search, Shopping, Display, and so on.

3. Campaign Optimization

After completing our strategy and having decided how we will implement it; we need to now work on our Google Ads campaigns. This may include setting up new campaigns if you don’t have any or optimizing existing campaigns. So, on a weekly and monthly basis, we will carry out PPC management to improve your campaigns. And I’ll update all campaign settings like search queries, negative keywords, audiences, responsive ads and more as part of the optimization work.

4. Campaign Monitoring

I will monitor your campaigns regularly to ensure they are achieving the objectives we’ve set. This includes monitoring how many conversions we are getting and then coming up with actions to improve this. This also includes monitoring what other advertisers in your space are doing. So, we will regularly what keywords they are bidding on and how much they are spending on average each month. This will help us to continue updating our ads as part of the Google Ads management.

5. Campaign Experiments

From time to time we will need to run some campaign experiments to test different features. This will include experiments for bid strategy, keywords, text ads and more. And we will run all these experiments in your campaign. This will give us great insights into which are your best bid strategies, keywords, locations, ads and much more. And this will help to boost your return on ad spend (ROAS) and increase your sales or leads and reduce costs.

6. Ads Campaign Reporting

I’ll send you regular reports to show you how your campaigns are performing. This will be on a monthly basis and sometimes weekly if you’re getting a lot of traffic and conversions. And we will meet each month to discuss the performance and plan too. The reporting will focus on the campaign types you’re running like Search, Shopping, Video, Display, Remarketing and so on. And it will include the metrics that we are tracking and looking to improve like conversion rate, click through rate and many others.
